As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you are responsible for implementing and maintaining complex healthcare pipelines to support Analytics use cases. You will own and maintain pipelines that take raw healthcare data (e.g., claims and clinical data) and transform it into feature stores that can be utilized in reporting, clinical rules engines, and risk stratification models. In addition, you will have opportunities to work on analytical requests to better understand our data and drive changes in clinical operations.

As a Director, Post-Acute Care and Kidney Care Excellence, you play a key leadership role in ensuring patients experience seamless, high-quality transitions across the post-acute care continuum, hospital to SNF to home. You will oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of Evergreen’s post-acute care program and lead the successful execution of the PAC workflows across Evergreen’s markets with clear role accountability.
