Role Overview:
- Support training strategy and design training solutions for global functions.
- Partner with subject matter experts to align programs with functional and GCP requirements.
Main Duties:
- Assess training needs and develop instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs.
- Lead new hire onboarding and maintain accurate training documentation.
- Manage learning platforms and serve as first-line triage for training requests.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent in scientific/healthcare discipline.
- 4-6 years of clinical trial experience within pharma, biotech, or CRO.
- Proficiency with learning development platforms, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
