Training Manager, Oncology

Role Purpose:

• Develop and deliver Oncology Training for commercial field representatives.
• Work closely with training peers and global trainers to develop training related to disease, product, sales effectiveness, market knowledge, and operations training.
• Partner with Marketing, Precision Medicine, and Commercial Leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain subject matter expertise in disease states, products, and therapeutic areas.
• Design and enhance current curriculum to meet the needs of the Commercial organization.
• Manage vendors when developing training content and executing contract requirements.

Qualifications:

• Requires minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, training, marketing, or sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design concepts, and platforms is a plus.
