Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain, optimize, and govern training content on SharePoint and learning platforms.
- Support training development, coordination, and administrative execution for onboarding and role-based learning.
- Partner with L&D team members and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–4 years in training or learning operations.
- Strong experience in SharePoint page development, document management, and collaboration.
- Exposure to clinical research, healthcare, or regulated environments preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary in Poland: 97,600–146,400 PLN gross per annum.
- Eligible for discretionary bonus, private medical insurance, life insurance, and pension.
