The HR Coordinator manages daily Tier 0-1 employee inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving HR issues in collaboration with HR COE teams. As the primary point of contact, they handle requests through the case management system and email, while also supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, benefits, payroll, and HRIS. The HR Coordinator will also be involved in processing new hire onboarding and internal movements for their designated region.
