Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-screening of all assigned candidates, managing a high volume of applicants and communications.
- Administer assessment tests and conduct interviews using behavioral questions via phone or virtual meeting platforms.
- Track and manage candidate information using spreadsheets, ATS, and other software.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with two or more years of professional experience.
- Highly collaborative, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to navigate a large, complex organization to achieve results.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8 AM to 7 PM.
- Additional hours, including weekends, may be required to meet client needs.
