What you’ll do:
- Review a high-volume of applications regularly.
- Search for former applicants who may be a fit for current open requisitions.
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to identify bottlenecks at the top of the funnel.
In this role, you will need:
- Experience in recruiting, human resources, or a high-volume administrative role.
- Proven experience managing candidates within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- This is an exempt (salaried) position with compensation ranging from $50,000 to $65,000.
- This position will be eligible for a competitive year-end performance bonus.
