About The Job:
- Responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations.
- Ensures efficient execution of hiring processes.
- Plays a critical role in delivering a positive candidate and employee experience.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain recruiting and onboarding data.
- Execute employee lifecycle transactions.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine employee and manager inquiries.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
