About the Role:
- Recruiting Operations & ATS Management: Enter candidate information, resumes, and application details into the applicant tracking system (ATS). Keep candidate records accurate throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Interview & Calendar Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates regarding scheduling logistics.
- Reporting & Data Management: Compile information and candidate lists for weekly recruiting meetings. Assist in gathering data from multiple sources for firm-wide reports.
Qualifications:
- Strong Administrative Background – Experience in recruiting coordination, HR assistance, or administrative support roles.
- ATS Experience Preferred – Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms is highly valuable.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Required) – Strong skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
