Coordinate interviews across global time zones, including scheduling panels, arranging travel logistics, booking rooms and organizing pre- and post-interview meetings.
Support pre-hire, hire, and post-hire activities in the ATS and HR systems.
Own the [email protected] inbox and talent acquisition shared mailboxes, routing inquiries appropriately.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
