Recruiter

What you’ll do:

• Digging up candidates in both the obvious and less obvious places
• Utilizing LinkedIn for organizing prospecting efforts and outreach campaigns
• Coordinating phone, video, and/or on-site interviews with hiring managers

In this role, you will need:

• Must have prior experience with managing candidates and utilizing an applicant tracking system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A solutions-oriented mentality
