- Supporting different projects for big pharmaceutical companies globally.
- Helping the recruitment team on sourcing.
- Interviewing candidates through various channels.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment depending on the requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels.
- Conduct phone and video interview and selection procedures.
Requirements:
- Working as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition: Between 1-3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
