VP, Head, US Strategy and Execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead US commercial strategy in alignment with enterprise priorities and USLT direction.
• Define strategic options and trade-offs based on market dynamics and business needs.
• Ensure alignment across functional strategies and execution.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in US enterprise strategy, business planning, or transformation leadership.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare / biopharma business dynamics.
• Proven ability to define governance processes and lead cross-functional forums.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range $288,400 - $535,600 USD per year.
