About the role:

  • Build global skilling programs that help sellers and sales managers win.
  • Own execution of sales skilling programs for managers and sellers.
  • Partner with Field Activation & Execution teams to reflect real business needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead development of sales methodology, process, and messaging framework.
  • Coach and develop team members with clear goals and growth plans.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate program development and measure impact.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 10+ years total experience, including 7+ years in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Expertise in value-based sales, MEDDPICC, Command of Message, storytelling, and coaching.
  • Experience building and leading a team, with strong cross-functional partnership skills.

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Experience building sales methodology programs at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Direct management of enablement program managers or instructional designers.
  • A data-driven approach to measuring program adoption and business impact.
