Manage end-to-end planning and delivery of IDC's regional events in APAC & META regions, including vendor coordination, budget management, and logistics.
Serve as the central coordination point among global and regional teams, ensuring alignment with content, marketing, operations, design, and sales.
Support on-site execution, troubleshoot real-time issues, and coordinate post-event wrap-up activities including reports and vendor closures.
