What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with product managers and SMEs to translate new features into high-impact technical enablement materials.
- Build and launch modern courses using Articulate Rise and create interactive simulations with Navattic.
- Produce video tutorials and screen recordings in Camtasia, and use AI tools to accelerate content iteration.
We’re looking for:
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to grasp cloud and identity management concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and simulation software like Navattic.
- Exceptional communication skills to distill technical details into user-friendly instructional copy.
