- You sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, helping customers get the most out of Yoodli.
- You thrive in technical pre-sales conversations, guiding architecture reviews and crafting tailored solutions.
- You support onboarding, integrations, and tackle RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management in SaaS.
- 1+ years of selling into Enterprise level accounts with strong technical acumen (APIs, SSO, scripting).
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
