Role Focus:
- Partner with Account Executives as the primary technical resource on net-new opportunities from discovery through contract signature.
- Develop and execute technical win strategies that identify risks early and build stakeholder alignment.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand prospect architectures and business objectives.
Skills and Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting at a SaaS or API company.
- Strong proficiency in a backend language like Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
Success Metrics:
- Within 90 days, independently lead technical discovery and product demonstrations for active opportunities.
- At 12 months, serve as a trusted technical advisor, consistently contributing to closed revenue.
- Build reusable demos and technical assets that improve team productivity and influence product strategy.
