Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate to develop and execute the company's technology, security, and AI strategy.
  • Oversee IT operations, including Helpdesk, Systems Operations, and End-user Computing.
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes.

Required Experience:

  • Experience managing Helpdesk, SysOps, Infrastructure/Network Operations, and end-user computing environments.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Experience participating in compliance initiatives.

Educational & Professional Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience managing information technology operations.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Machine Learning, or equivalent AI/cloud certifications.
