Responsibilities:
- Provide legal leadership and primary legal support including billing, marketing, privacy, e‑delivery, data use.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Advise the business on regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to consumer operations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and Member in good standing of a state bar association.
- 10+ years of progressive legal experience, preferably within insurance, financial services, or a highly regulated consumer‑facing business.
- Strong judgment and ability to independently identify legal risk, determine appropriate escalation, and balance risk mitigation with business objectives.
