About the Role:
- Lead data engineering to make Palmetto's data usable by product, ops, and AI.
- Own architecture, secure access, and reliable pipelines with clear SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and retain data engineers; set direction and roadmap.
- Manage vendors and partner across finance, ops, and product.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in data engineering, including 5+ managing engineers.
- Depth in Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, SQL, Python, APIs, and access control.
