About the Role:
- Leads the team building and operating data capabilities powering LTK's products, analytics, and AI.
- Owns technical direction across data architecture, pipelines, data quality, and reliability.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Coaches and develops engineers, supports hiring, and builds an inclusive team.
- Partners with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Engineering to translate priorities into roadmaps.
What You Will Bring:
- 8+ years in data/platform engineering and 3+ years leading data engineering teams.
- Expertise in data architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
