What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a growing team of data engineers, including talent reviews and career development.
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines from enterprise applications and third-party APIs.
- Drive AI adoption across engineering workflows and set standards for AI-assisted work.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years leading data engineering teams and 5+ years hands-on experience in cloud environments.
- Deep hands-on GCP experience with BigQuery, Cloud Composer, dbt, Python, and SQL.
- Strong execution habits, excellent communication, and daily use of AI tools in engineering.
