About the Role:
- Provide top-notch clinical skills and customer service on every call.
- Work Pacific Time Zone hours from 8 am to 5 pm remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and apply medical necessity criteria.
- Triage crisis calls and coordinate care with providers, facilities, and health services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and resolve member/provider inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in behavioral health and clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LMFT) required.
- EAP and call center experience required; 3-5 years clinical experience preferred.
- SAP certification and bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
Environment:
- Remote home office with telephone and computer.
- Involves verbal/written communication, sitting, typing, and reading.
