Crisis Intervention Counselor

About the Role:

• Provides crisis, suicide, and homicide intervention counseling by phone.
• Identifies appropriate service providers and monitors caller status through follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documents all telephone interventions and maintains accurate records.
• Supervises volunteers and provides crisis intervention training as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum one year crisis intervention or behavioral health experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions in stressful situations and work remotely.
