Job Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and psychological support to employees across client organisations
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls, understand presenting needs, and identify appropriate next steps
- Refer individuals to counselling and specialist services, including legal, financial and practical support
Qualifications:
- A recognised counselling qualification
- Current BACP or UKCP registration
- Experience working with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds
