Role Overview:
- Support participants with mental health challenges to stay in or return to work.
- Work remotely with organised travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct holistic assessments and develop tailored support plans.
- Deliver interventions via face-to-face, telephone, and electronic chat.
- Provide ongoing guidance and empower participants to manage their health.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health support.
- Experience with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
