Accountabilities:
- Provide confidential, single-session, solution-focused counselling to young people through both phone and live chat.
- Conduct appropriate risk assessments and develop safety plans relating to youth safety.
- Exercise sound independent judgment and recognize situations requiring escalation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in crisis intervention and/or counselling.
- Strong practical skills in risk assessment and safety planning.
