This is a Full-Time, Hourly role, Monday-Friday, with EST hours. As the Intake and Admissions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all patients and visitors receive exceptional service and support; you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health treatment, providing them with information, assistance, and guidance as needed.

The Telehealth Program Manager leads Guidelight Health’s multi-state virtual programming with vision, operational excellence, and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience. This role ensures high-quality care, compliance with all regulations, and effective business performance across virtual Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). This individual serves as the central driver of program success.
