Role Summary:
- Provide high-quality virtual therapy to individuals in PHP/IOP settings.
- Develop treatment plans and conduct assessments via telehealth.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and individual/group therapy.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Valid Massachusetts independent licensure (LICSW or LMHC).
- Experience in behavioral therapy and telehealth settings.
