Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy using empirically supported treatment approaches and structured protocols.
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation.
Respond effectively to clinical crises and adhere to risk-management procedures.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work and current independent California licensure (LCSW or LMFT).
2+ years post-licensure experience; expertise in mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 (full-time).
