Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist) – Trauma, Grief & PTSD – Remote California

What You'll Do:

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to California clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood concerns, chronic stress, burnout, and life transitions.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on presenting concerns and treatment goals.
• Utilize evidence-guided therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed interventions, and mindfulness-based strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and culturally responsive, client-centered care.

Compensation & Engagement Type:

• $70–$80/hour as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.
• Practice support including billing, administrative resources, and telehealth infrastructure.
