What You'll Do:
- Provide direct and indirect social work services to students with a focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 counseling for mild/moderate and at-risk populations.
- Collaborate with school and IEP teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans and Individualized Education Programs with measurable goals.
- Lead mental health interventions, design positive behavioral strategies, and track progress using Panorama.
What You'll Need:
- Active LCSW and valid Georgia K-12 School Social Work certification, with at least one year of full-time school social work experience.
- Expertise in MTSS frameworks, counseling, and psycho-educational evaluations.
- Strong communication skills and experience with telehealth platforms; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
