As a Behavioral Health Care Manager with Imagine Pediatrics, work with the families of medically complex children providing case management services. Monitor high-risk pediatric patients, ensuring appropriate follow-up and clinical management. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to address behavioral, social, emotional, and systemic needs of the patient and family. Provide intervention that is consistent with the social/emotional/physical needs of patients and caregivers.
The Lead Therapist will be responsible for clinical supervision and operational management of a team of therapists, in addition to providing direct patient care themselves. The Lead Therapist will work closely with the Clinical leadership team to provide effective clinical supervision in the evidence-based treatments that Equip provides to patients and ensure work productivity that supports the goals of the business.
