Clinicians are the backbone of our company, so everything incorporates a clinicians’ mindset to provide them with the best job experience, so that they can provide our patients with the best treatment. As part of the collaborative care team, you will be an integral member of an integrated multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-quality, evidenced-based mental health care for children, adolescents and their families.
Conducts evidence-based therapeutic sessions for children, families, and individuals in person or via telehealth. Develops and implements goal-oriented treatment plans. Completes documentation by a given deadline and in compliance with program and state regulations. Ensures all clinical notes and client information are updated and accurate within the current EHR system. Provide conflict resolution and crisis intervention when needed.
The Outpatient Clinician is responsible for providing best-in-class group facilitation with the purpose of creating an individualized recovery experience that incorporates the body, mind and spirit of each client. The Outpatient Clinician is expected to provide coverage for Intensive Outpatient Program groups and Outpatient groups as needed.
