Responsibilities:
- Provide skills-based individual and group sessions to caregivers.
- Implement motivational strategies and monitor adherence to care plans.
- Participate in treatment team huddles and conduct proactive outreach.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with families in a healthcare setting.
- Lived experience as an eating disorder support for a loved one.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earning potential range of $54,000 to $65,000 base pay plus 15% annual bonus.
