Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual coaching sessions with assigned clients.
- Provide skill-based, short-term work focused on situational, developmental, or performance-based concerns.
- Help clients build specific skills and reach concrete goals.
Requirements:
- Coaching certification and a Bachelor’s in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience providing coaching, mentoring, or youth development support to K-12 students.
- Ability to navigate technology, reliable computer and internet, and professional liability coverage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual.
- Experience providing virtual coaching.
