Responsibilities:
- Onboard, activate, and manage members for a seamless coaching experience.
- Conduct 15- and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions focused on goal setting and motivation.
- Provide general education on healthy eating and lifestyle, adhering to standardized SOPs.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of metabolic health coaching or dietitian experience.
- Comfort blending motivational interviewing with AI-driven, metrics-informed direction.
- Ability to manage a high-volume, uncapped caseload within a structured model.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $70,000 annually.
- Unlimited vacation with manager approval.
- 16 weeks paid parental leave for delivering parents, 8 weeks for non-delivering parents.
