Responsibilities:
- Provide skills-based individual and group sessions to patients and caregivers.
- Implement motivational strategies to engage patients and caregivers with their care plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team huddles to support patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Lived experience with eating disorder recovery and ability to identify as in solid recovery.
- 2+ years of experience working directly with patients in protocolized care settings.
- Proven ability to balance structured protocols with personalization to meet patient needs.
