Thriveworks is seeking a full-time Remote Medical Assistant to work closely with the telepsychiatry team and act as a liaison between clients and clinicians. Key responsibilities include inputting client information into an EHR, coordinating medical records requests, processing lab work and refill requests, handling prior authorizations, triaging medical questions, assisting with FMLA/STD paperwork, and providing administrative support.

The Utilization Management Clinical Reviewer will be responsible for completing chart-based reviews for potential authorization extensions, coordinating internal appeals, and monitoring utilization trends. This role requires the ability to independently analyze patient charts and make recommendations for extended authorization based on internal policies and medical necessity criteria.
