About the Role:
- You will lead a team of Board Certified Health Coaches and define the future of Future's Health Coaching experience.
- This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and learning & development.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Board Certified Health Coaches through regular 1:1s, QA reviews, and performance management.
- Design and deliver onboarding, continuing education, workshops, and learning experiences that improve coaching quality.
- Analyze coaching performance and member outcomes to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks:
- Salary range of $70,000-$110,000/year plus equity.
