What you’ll do:
- Develop a comprehensive partnership ecosystem strategy for Spring Health.
- Own the partnership P&L, including a quota-carrying responsibility for driving profitable, partner-sourced revenue growth.
- Lead Spring Health’s channel partnerships team and together: Identify, prioritize, and engage potential partners
What success looks like:
- Meet and exceed annual partner-sourced revenue targets against quota
- Reduce time-to-first-revenue for new partners through clear activation paths
- Increase partner activation and sustained contribution rates
What you’ll bring:
- Must have 15+ years of successful business development and/or channel partnership experience
- Experience in the Employee Benefits ecosystem, with direct exposure to carriers, consultants, benefit technology providers, or digital health partners strongly preferred.
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
