Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners.
- Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure smooth rollouts of BetterHelp services.
- Prepare and present regular client-facing and internal reports on account performance.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in partner management, client success, or strategic operations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with clients.
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
