Business Analyst, Operations Performance

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain scalable quality monitoring frameworks.
• Translate quality data into actionable insights.
• Partner with Provider Operations leaders to design and evaluate quality improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field.
• Experience building quality measurement systems, performance scorecards, or operational KPI frameworks.
• Proven experience in developing and managing analytical models.
