Data Analyst

About The Role:

• Serve as a strategic, embedded partner to our Provider Operations and Performance leadership.
• Master everything from real-time operational efficiency to the long-term financial health of our provider network.
• Responsible for building tools that will ensure data integrity and reporting consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify unexpected changes in data and investigate root causes by analyzing trends and underlying factors.
• Transform your findings into clear recommendations for strategic adjustments, workflow improvements, and smarter investments.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to define requirements for supporting data warehousing systems.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• 5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL, developing metrics, building operating dashboards and performing ad hoc analyses.
• 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data.
