Senior Data Analyst

About the Role:

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to the Care Experience team.
• Focus on analyzing care and clinical data, developing reporting and insights.
• Clearly communicate actionable recommendations that improve patient experience and care outcomes.

You Will:

• Serve as a technical expert and end-to-end owner of care experience data.
• Partner with Analytics Engineering to build and improve complex data models.
• Enable and promote self-service analytics, empowering Care stakeholders.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst, including writing complex SQL queries.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Strong SQL skills are required.
