The BI Developer supports the enterprise through reporting and data analysis efforts using various platforms including Medecision Aerial, Mevision, and Quickcap. This role delivers insights through dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc analyses that support operational, clinical, care management and population health programs. The individual will also contribute to system administration tasks and perform basic maintenance of existing data pipelines.
The Analytics Engineer will join the Data Foundations team to build and monitor pipelines that power analytics across core healthcare datasets like medical claims, pharmacy, lab results and biometric data. This role involves building robust, scalable data models in DBT + BigQuery, serving use cases across product, operations and clinical teams. It’s ideal for someone technically strong in SQL/DBT, experienced with healthcare data and eager to work at the intersection of infrastructure, data quality and downstream impact.
