ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Shape the customer experience through high-quality experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, growth leads, designers, and engineers
- Build best-in-class customer experiences
YOU WILL:
- Define tracking requirements and ensure data integrity; lead analytics instrumentation
- Design intuitive dashboards in Looker that democratize data and elevate data self-service capabilities
- Champion data quality, documentation, and deliverable consistency, serving as a mentor to junior analysts
HAVE:
- Expert SQL skills
- Advanced experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
- A strong work ethic and proactive mindset; understanding a problem in detail and owning the resolution
