Benefits and Leave Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Act as the first point of contact for employees.
• Assist in administering health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and supplementary benefit programs.
• Play a key role in Annual Open Enrollment.

What you’ll bring:

• 3-8 years in benefits administration or related HR operations.
• Strong understanding of US benefit plans, HR policies and programs.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
