Administer global leave of absence programs end-to-end.
Perform ongoing benefits and payroll reconciliations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and leave-related inquiries.

How to be successful:

4+ years of HR experience, preferably at a fast scaling start up.
Experience driving leave management programs and policy creation at a multinational company.
Strong knowledge of US compliance requirements.
