About the Role:
- Administer end-to-end U.S. multi-state payroll and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage benefits administration, from enrollment to reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain HRIS data and generate routine and ad hoc reports.
- Partner with the payroll provider to improve workflows and resolve issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries.
